She is ¾ Thoroughbred and bred to be a
sport progenitor. She is a full sister to Logan, a multiple
champion in dressage, now competing in B.C.
Her sire, Longchamp (a Hanoverian by
Lauries Crusador xx), was 2nd out of 43 stallions in
his performance test in 1995 with a score of 157.52. He was
reserve Champion at the 1995 German National Championships for
young horses. Her grandsire, Lauries Crusador xx, was named
Hanoverian stallion of the Year in 2006
Her dam, Hasty But Swift xx, also has a
strong sport pedigree. Through Bagdad xx and Fleet Host xx and
you find the ancestors to Darby (hunter), Lazy Dot (eventer),
Icon (eventer), Power Ty (eventer), Morocco (jumper), Big Wave
Dave (eventer), Bold Action (Olympic eventer), etc. Through Mr.
Trouble xx you find Primitive Rising, a popular sire of top
eventers in Britain.
She has
conformation
in keeping with her dressage heritage.

Limerick is a gently broke mare and a great
mother. She is always alert and happy and loves attention.
She is easy to catch, tie, lead and stands for the farrier.
