Kathmorr Mariah
(Majestic Max xx –
Memory Lane)
Kathmorr Mariah, a ¾ Thoroughbred mare, was
the Alberta Horse Industry Champion two-year-old. As a broodmare
she contributes ample performance blood through her Thoroughbred
and Hanoverian lines – jumpers, eventers, hunters and dressage
horses abound.
Her sire, Majestic Max, has a strong
Thoroughbred sport heritage. He is related to Caoastline (grand
prix jumper), Le Fanouin (international eventer), Kaesar
(international eventer), Butterfly Flip (Olympic jumper), Stolen
Thunder (international jumper), Count The Cost (international
jumper from Australia), Baccio (international eventer), Carousel
(Oldenburg jumper), Windy City (Holsteiner jumper), Too Hot To
Handle (international jumper), Debat d’Estruval (Olympic eventer),
King’s Ride (National Hunt sire in GB and Ireland), Just A
Mission (international eventer), Musing (champion hunter and
sire of hunters), etc.
And, her dam,
Memory Lane, was a successful jumper
with Claudia Kojacar in the ‘80s. Through Wodka, her broodmare
sire, she is related to Elute and Rio Grande, two jumpers
that represented
Canada
internationally, as well as several other competitors in various
disciplines and at various levels.
Her
conformation would allow you to breed her for jumping,
eventing, driving or dressage offspring. Although she herself is
pigeon-toed, she has not thrown that trait in her offspring.
Veterinary note:
She is confirmed in foal to
Donner Bube with the last breeding date of June 7, 2010.

Trainer’s perspective:
Mariah is super friendly, gentle and
calm. She has great movement and a big stride. She ties and
stands for grooming, bathing, trimming, and the farrier.
