Déjà Vu
(Donner
Bube –
Kathmorr Mariah)
This 2006 mare was the three-year-old
Material Champion Canadian Warmblood (Alberta
chapter) last year and athletes abound on all sides of her
pedigree. She is a full sister to Donner Flag, an excellent
jumper who was the highest scoring domestically bred horse at
the 2008 Alberta Free Jumping Competition, placing second.
Her sire competed as a jumper into his
teens before converting to dressage, where he excelled. As to
pedigree, suffice to say: Donnerhall, Pik Bube I and Grundstein
I.
Her dam, a champion 2-year-old, is ¾
Thoroughbred and out of a successful jumper.
She has the
conformation to
take her successfully into the hunter ring. She has a solid
basis of dressage training that will serve her well in a career
as a show hunter.
Owners comment:
“She has easy gaits to ride, is very well
schooled, and has lovely transitions.”
Trainer's Perspective:
Déjà vu – This
4-year-old mare has a good attitude.
She is super sweet and loves any attention.
Déjà vu is easy to catch, lead, tie, groom and she stands
well for the farrier.
